liquid simulation for beer sommeliers
Austrian beer brand Zipfer hosted a beer drawing competition, and advertisement agency DRAFTFCBi approached us to implement a microsite based on their layouts and designs, as well as a promotional mini-game. The key requirement was for the beer to look convincing.
The result was the most complex beer drafting simulation ever developed in Flash (we'll gladly bet you a six-pack on this statement). The game models the dynamics of liquid and foam using advanced analytic geometry and scores players based on different factors such as the height of the whitecap and the amount of liquid spilled.

3D page turner in Flash
Marketing agency provo wanted to create an engaging navigation for its portfolio site and approached us with the idea of creating a 3D pop-up book in Flash. Site visitors can rotate the book in 3D and turn its pages to explore the different site sections. We created the application based on floor plans and illustrations provided by the client and worked with their web development agency to integrate the navigation seamlessly with the rest of the site.

3 interactive edutainment installations
In 2009, global managed futures fund provider Superfund created a mobile exhibition featuring 12 interactive multimedia installations on more than 200 square meters of exhibition space. The Superfund Investment World's exterior featured a five meter high LED display, for which we created visuals which incorporated real-time stock data and a variety of eye-catching particle effects.
We also provided the complete client-side software and onscreen graphics for the “Commodity Train”, a touchscreen-based data visualization application synched to a model train. And finally, for an installation that lets users explore the concept of managed futures through two mechanized market stalls selling and buying oranges, we created motion graphics showing how the price of a commodity may rise or fall in the course of a year.

frisbee teamsport Flash game
As part of the promotion for a major US comedy film, we created a fun Ultimate Frisbee Flash game. “Flying Disc Frenzy” features an entirely mouse-based control scheme, team-based artificial intelligence at two difficulty levels and an in-game tutorial that takes players right into the field to show them how to play.

We created new graphics for the game to match At.lant.is' visual style, changed the gameplay to better suit At.lant.is' target audience and made all technical changes required to integrate our game with At.lant.is' code-base.

The result was a standalone version of the game, controllable by hand-waving, which entertained and engaged clubbers in ten Romanian cities.
